The Unity of the Godhead and the divine co-equality of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (John 1:1, 4; John 14:8-17; John 16:7; 1 Corinthians 2:11-12) 

The Sovereignty of God in creation, providence and redemption. (Genesis 1:1; Revelation 4:11; Romans 3:21-24; Romans 11:36; Romans 8:28; 2 Timothy 2:10)

- The full inspiration of the Holy Scriptures and their authority and sufficiency as not only containing, but being in themselves the Word of God; our only inerrant guide to doctrine and morals. (2 Peter 1:21,22, 2 Timothy 3:16; John 20:31; 1 Peter 1:23-25) 

- The need of the Holy Spirit for a true and spiritual understanding of the Holy Scriptures and for guidance & empowering in life and ministry. (John 14:16,17; 1 Corinthians 2:9-14; Acts 1:8; 2 Corinthians 4:4-6; 2 Corinthians 3:15-17; Romans 8:13-16; Galatians 5:22-23)

The reality of sin in all men in consequence of the Fall of Adam and the necessity for regeneration. (Romans 3:23; Romans 5:16-17; Romans 6:23; 1 Corinthians 15:21-22; Ephesians 2:1-5; Titus 3:5) 

- The true proper Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ. (Matthew 1:23; John 1:1, 14; John 20:28; Colossians 1:15-17; Hebrews 1:1-3)

- His Virgin birth, His real and perfect manhood, the authority of His teaching, and the infallibility of all His utterances. (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:18-23;  Luke 1:26-35; John 1:14; John 14:10; Hebrews 4:15; Luke 21:33) 

- His work of atonement for the sins of mankind by His vicarious suffering, His death, His bodily resurrection and His Ascension into Heaven.

(Romans 4:25; Romans 5:11; 1 Corinthians 15:3-8; Mark 16:19; 1 Peter 1:18-21; Ephesians 1:20) 

- His present priestly intercession for His people. (Romans 8:34; 1 John 2:1; Hebrews 7:25)

The justification of the sinner is solely by faith through the atoning merits of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. (Romans 3:19-26; Romans 5:11, 16-21; Ephesians 2:8-9) 

The necessity of the work of the Holy Spirit in conversion and sanctification, and also in ministry, in worship, and in the exercising of spiritual gifts through the body of believers. (John 3:5-7; Romans 12:3-8; 1 Corinthians 12:1-11,27; 1Corinthians 13:1-3; Ephesians 4:11-16)

We affirm the principle of the priesthood of all believers. We shall all be equally valued as brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. Under the headship of Christ, we are all members of one body and one spirit. Roles, spiritual gifts, calls and ministries are at the Lord’s discretion. (Ephesians 4:1-6.)

- The headship of Christ over the Church. (Colossians 1:18; Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 1:22-23; Ephesians 4:15-16; Ephesians 5:23; Hebrews 12:22-24) 

- The unity of the body of Christ, the Church being the sum of those who have been born again by the Holy Spirit. (John 3:5; John 11:25 Romans 12:3-5; 1 Corinthians 12:12-14; Acts 2:38-47)

- The offices and ministries as set by God in the Church and revealed in the New Testament. (Ephesians 4:11-13; 1 Peter 5:1-2; 1 Timothy 3:1-13)

The Lord’s Supper and believer’s baptism upon confession of faith by complete immersion (1 Corinthians 11:23-26; Acts 2:38-39)

- The resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life, and the other to everlasting damnation. (Matthew 25:34-46; John 5:24-30; Acts 24:15-16; Revelation 20:1-15)

- The personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ for the Church and to consummate His kingdom. (Matthew 24:30-31; Acts 1:9-11; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 1:7; Revelation 11:15; Revelation 19:11-16)

Although we affirm the complete efficacy and sufficiency of the Holy Scriptures for all that is necessary for Christian life, belief, doctrine and practise we nevertheless affirm the historic catholic creeds of the Christian Church as presented in the Apostles Creed and the Nicene Creed.
